Terms and Conditions for Let’s Go

Welcome to Let’s Go (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a mobile application owned and operated by OARA LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Let’s Go app (“App”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Personal Information

We collect and process personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and photos in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as necessary.

4. Use of the App

The App allows users to create and join events within their city.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for any content you post, including event details and photos.

5. Event Creation and Participation

Users can create events that other users can request to join.
Participation is subject to approval by the event creator.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or legality of any events or user-generated content.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
Upload images or content that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate intellectual property rights.

7. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of your personal content, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
You represent that you have the rights to upload any photos or content you share within the content guidelines and applicable laws.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our collection and use of data as described.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OARA LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States Federal Courts located in Dallas, Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas, Texas. You agree to waive any objections to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts.

The App is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

By using the Let’s Go App, you waive all rights of action against us, including any claims for damages, and agree to release us from any and all liability.
